”Some dead and alive stink bugs had a terrible back ache the next morning from the bed and the couch was noisy the table fell apart on us when we put a drink down but overall it was fine for one night very doable very friendly staff offered water good amount of space. Would stay here again”

”I would not recommend this property to anyone. The owner of the property has not done their job maintaining it and keeping it to the standard of the hotel brand. The furniture in the rooms has to be at least 30 years old. The rugs in the rooms and hallways the same. In the second floor towards room 215 the whole hallway smells like piss. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is in a really weird place all the way to the back right where it is not reachable if using the toilet. The thermostat...

”TV was not working, Remote was missing. 1 person from front desk was nice otherwise very bad experience. Main part POOL was not working.. they didn't notified us when we check in. kids was very upset... we check out right way and request my money back . GM was not really helpful. didn't come to us or explain things. Please don't book this hotel if you have kids. its near the Airport. not good location”

”The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down”

”Paid extra for a room with two beds and extra pullout couch. No blankets or linens provided for the couch and no one to help with anything. Not enough towels provided for number of guests stated. Had to go get those. We were only there one night but for an extended stay, nothing was provided. Beds were comfortable but small. Did not use couch as stated and doubled up on bed which was tight squeeze. Felt like you were going to fall out of bed with any movement. Okay for one night stay but...
