”Clean room. Pleasant staff. Only the air conditioner was a little loud stayed there last year , this year,and plan a return for next year.”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fairly large for a single. A comfortable king size bed and great air conditioning. We would stay here again.”

”The people in the room next to us were playing their television EXTREMELY loud until well past midnight both night. A call to the front desk both night got us no satisfaction.”

”Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.”

”The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down”

”The property is well maintained OUTSIDE. But filthy and extremely outdated INSIDE. The only thing that was actually clean were the bed sheets thank god. We were staying here coming from Boston to fly out of providence airport on an early morning flight. My kids cried saying they wanted to go home and it looked like a haunted house. The couch had a stain on it that was questionable. This place needs some serious TLC. No one should have to be in those conditions even for the low price.”

”The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus.”

”Room was clean, beds comfortable. There were a few minor negatives, like a bare lamp bulb with no shade, and no other chair than the desk chair. Breakfast was excellent. I would have given 5 stars to this property, except that they advertised a restaurant and room service on their ad, and don’t have one. Also, twice I tried calling, and no one answered.”
