”What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10”

”Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to...
