”One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners.
Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay.

”A wonderful stay to begin with. There was some construction underway during our stay, hence a bit loud. The pool closes early, so no late night relaxation possible. Apart from these foibles, it was very satisfactory. Great staff and breakfast is amazing.”

”The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. He even called the driver to ensure I reached Shirdi safely. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.”

”The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night.
