”There was cat hair in our bed like it wasnt cleaned. They have an indoor pool you can't use but summer time and the wifi there sucked. Overall its a place I would not recommend staying in if you ever need somewhere to stay. Pretty dirty place as well. They just doctored it up to make it look clean. Moral of my rant I paid $130 to stay there with my wife and dog but left due to the horrible bed”

”Solo traveler….clean room-friendly staff. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and I wasn’t a fan of the towels. Quiet property close to the airport.”

”Room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Also, we enjoyed the hot tub and pool!”

”Everything was great! There was a little bit of an odor in the carpet, likely because they allow pets, but it didn’t bother me. I was just happy to be able to bring my dog and they did accommodate very well for Pets.”

”Springhill Suites are our go-to now. Comfortable rooms and beds, with plenty of space to spread out. The free breakfast is a solid winner, too.”

”I’d love to give a better rating, the staff was friendly and helpful. Offering breakfast and had a laundry room and pool. The property is very close to other nice establishments. But I do believe I encountered an issue with bed bugs during my stay, I have multiple bites and found one crawling on me. At first I believed it to be a tick and later found out it resembled a bed bug more.”

”When we saw this hotel online, we were drawn to the unique style. Just going to Springfield for a one day birthday outing and the hotel gave it a special feeling. Loved the pool area with all the trees and plants! The room was nice and spotless! Breakfast was the best we had ever had in a hotel. Would love to visit again.”

”The staff here is always really friendly and accommodating. The room is very comfortable and the bed for sure is the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on! The daily breakfast and hours for such are a GREAT amenity and one of the top things I look forward to staying here. The walls at this property are better than other hotels as well, I was not disturbed by outside noise hardly at all. I will certainly be staying here again more than once!”
