”When checking in I was told the restaurant was closed due to construction and the TV’s in the rooms don’t work because of satellite problems.
Once I was in the room I noticed both beds had body fluid stains over the sheets.
Checked out immediately.”

”We checked into our room which was dated but okay. The floors felt dirty and wet. We settled in and decided to lake the best of it but when we climbed into bed the bedding was damp at our feet. We called the front desk who tried to help by bringing fresh bedding but when we went to change the sheets we discovered the foot of the mattress was soaked with who knows what!!! We asked to change rooms and they accommodated us with another room without a lake view but thankfully with a dry mattress. ...

”The outdoor pool at the Lakeside Lodge had an even tile on the deck where my son fell, hit his elbow and ended up with a large cut that needed stitches at the local emergency hospital.
The hotel was quick to fix the issue with the tile, but no apologies or acknowledgment was made or other form of compensation for the fact that we had to spend half a day in hospital. Very unfortunate situation.”
