”The hotel was impeccable!! We were closely located to all the downtown action - argyle street and the harbour. The room was pristine and had an amazing view. We didnt have time to eat there or use the hot tub. The only thing I found odd is that the coffee wasn’t included… they accommodated us for a late check out as we were having such a great time in the city!. Would definitely stay here again!!”

”This hotel has a lovely lobby. The staff is also special. But I felt very claustrophobic in my room. It was very small and the view from my window was of a brick wall several feet away. I stayed for two nights. For the full day I was there I left at 8 AM in the morning fulling expecting the room to have been cleaned by the time I returned at 4:30 PM. It wasn't. The front desk said they would get someone in there to clean but I couldn't return until almost 6 PM. This was very upsetting. I wanted...

”It was a clean hotel and good location, rooms are slightly outdated and could use cosmetic work. We experienced loud ventilation and some noise from other rooms. Pool area was quite small. Overall nice and clean.”
