”The hotel staff were amazing. So kind and helpful. The place is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast had fresh fruit, great coffee, eggs and different types of bread each day we were there. The shuttle service was super convenient and the driver was extremely friendly. When I come back to Quito this will be my first choice.”

”This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful...

”We would stay here again. The location was great with a park across the street and nearby grocery stores. No restaurants were open nearby, despite it being Saturday night. The room was generally quiet and the sheets were super soft. The room was big and had good options to lay out our suitcases. The room also had a mini fridge, however there was no bottled water in the room. The toilet seat and toilet paper rack were both very loose, but the bathroom had a fan. The fridge and fan were extra nice...

”The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was great! They also helped us with rides to and from the airport. Our room was near the entrance so it was a little noisy, but not too bad and the beds were really comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.”

”Nice hotel, nice people, very well situated for trips to the cathedral, museums and small shops in the historic district. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but it is in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the roof was beautiful, looking out to the virgin statue and the basilica and the surrounding mountains.”
