”Arbitrary charges、None of us had breakfast at the hotel, yet when we checked out, we were charged for breakfast for no apparent reason. They couldn't resolve the issue that day and told me to call back the next day for a follow-up, but still, no one handled it. They promised to get back to me, yet I waited a whole week without anyone contacting me.”

”This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!”

”We enjoyed staying here. As a big cat lover I was pleased of the friendly cats they had. The only negative side was the noise which started between 7-8am on mornings. We stayed in unit number 1 so I think that the staff started their day in the room next to ours. Also a sponge for dishes in the room would be nice to have - now we had to borrow it from the kitchen. ”

”I liked that the staff was helpful and polite. When I asked a question, I was answered right away. If they did not have the answer, they found one. The room was clean, the food was good, and the drinks were, too.”

”Staff was courteous and very helpful.Room was very clean and had new vinyl plank flooring and bathroom fixtures, and we enjoyed lovely ocean views. Really liked having the kitchenette with microwave and coffee maker too. The rooms do not have a/c but the fans provided kept the air moving so it worked out okay for us. During the heat/humidity of summer might be a different story though.”
