”This lodging worked perfectly for my husband and I and our 21 year old son. The pull-out sofa is extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of spices and starter sets of coffee and treats. The pool is lovely and refreshing and has three levels. The views of the cruise ships sailing into the port of Hilo each day was enjoyable. And Honoli’i beach is just a short walk up the street. The lodging provides guests with beach chairs, beach umbrella and kid boogie boards...

”Kim’s Cottage and Jim’s welcome were both awesome, two of us stayed for three nights and it was exactly as described and expected. The private patio was wonderful and it made for easy living. ”We took a quick trip back to Hawaii to visit our friends and family after moving to the mainland a few years back and stayed at the condo in Mauna Lani. ”The condo is very well situated near shopping, restaurants and sandy beaches. The space is nicely furnished with everything you’d ever need. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful large lanais and manicured grounds. Pool is pleasant. A few updates could be made but comfortable nevertheless. Staff was super responsive and very friendly. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. I would definitely recommend it to others.”
