”Beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean. We booked for a girls night and found the pool to be a highlight and it wasnt busy on a Saturday morning. I do wish they offered group rates and availabilities for their spa for people who are staying there. They also didn't have space for us at breakfast in their restaurant despite several open tables (again, should be given some priority as a guest who is staying there). ”Came to surprise our family friend’s son for his 6th birthday. Told the front desk and Karen was very helpful and gave us a room that’s near them and we were able to surprise the birthday boy with ease. Also requested late check out and got an additional hour, which really helps cause our kids wanted to swim before check out.
The room was great, only issue we faced was the A/C not going lower than 21deg while the other a/c in the kids room was able to go as low as 18. So it was kind of hot and...

”I was incredibly impressed with my experience at White Oaks Resort and Spa. Starting with the staff, they were so pleasant, friendly and helpful.
