”Poor staff very rude. Tv didn't work no cribs like website says. Ice mechine didn't work vending machine didn't work. Water was bad. No shampoo in dispenser. A/c didn't work well at all room was 80 in there. Elevator didn't work. Never will stay there again”

”I left a mouthguard on the night stand. I know where I left it. I called that night, desk person seemed too busy, said she would call me. Never did. I called back-nothing. Oh yeah, there was no hot water for the morning shower. When I called the desk, they were not supervised. At night there were some relatively scuzzy folks at some evening parties. Never again.”

”Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight.
Met a lot of nice people during our stay.
The welcoming scotch was fantastic.
We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc.”
