”Checkin was easy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The house is adorable, well furnished and extremely clean. It's just off the main road, but was peaceful and quiet. We saw deer grazing out in the yard one evening.Only two things were less than perfect...the king mattress wasn't comfortable, and the staircase was horrible. I know there isn't much room, but that can't be the only option. ”

”Beautiful, peaceful little cottage. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed hiking in Harpers Ferry and the local restaurants. Our dog loved hanging out by the water and sitting on the swing by the fire at night. We will be back! ”

”Loved the house. Great location. House was maybe better than described. Clean, nice pond, was everything we wanted and more. Will gback.”

”We were only 5 minutes from our reunion. Texts from property contact were specific sp we did not need to contact them about anything. The whole property is beautiful. There was lots of wildlife to enjoy. The only advice is bring all groceries. There is not a nearby store.”

”Really enjoyed our stay in this historic cottage! Hard to believe you can update a 1760s cottage to include all the comforts but it was done. Enjoyed dinner at the golf course tavern and hit a few wineries. Ended our trip with a few pies from Mom’s. Would definitely recommend! Host was great and super quick to respond. Home was clean and comfortable! ”
