”The AC wasn't working, and when we reported the issue, we were simply told that maintenance would check it the next morning. This meant we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. ”The staff seemed ill trained in public relations. To enter, one walks through a cloud of smoke from the cleaning staff. While checking in, the clerk maintained a conversation complaining about the lack of work ethic in other employees. The room was surprisingly quiet which was great given the neighborhood. ”There was a balcony around the pool that was creepy to me, and there were paint chips around the pool area, as well as the ceiling of the pool having wood exposure and lights dangling, which felt dangerous to me as well. Also, when my family and I got to the hotel, we experienced a blackout for a few minutes. However, on the plus side, breakfast was good.”

”Bad experience first of all I was not able to check in till 5 o’clock, they said their room is not readyso one hour late. I travel there with my parents for Fourth of July and then I keep telling them my mom has diabetes and she needs to rest because we drove all the way from Westchester then I got different rooms. Than I don’t get the room I booked it but for the money I paid it’s no worth it I don’t know who managed the building, but it’s sorry to say but it’s very disgusting very dirty!!!”
