”We had the best time staying here. The house was perfectly located and super cozy! The owners communicated very well. Parking was a bit tight but we made use of the garage. We drive smaller SUV's, not sure larger vehicles would have fit. Kitchen was well stocked. It's an easy 20 min walk to the activity on Broadway. There is an amazing coffee shop and a corner market with very reasonable prices a block and half away.”

”This was a perfect location off the main traffic of the Seaside Promenade, so much quieter. Excellent beach access and although we didn't use the pool- there were a few swimming in it in March. ”

”This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). It's all digital entry so no keys to worry about. I didn't realize it has a swimming pool and was surprised that it was open in April. Parking can get slightly competitive in the lot, but it wasn't a...
