”Fantastic room what a real gem of a place, the room over exceeded my expectation & the welcome breakfast hamper was.a nice little touch and very appreciated. I’ve stayed in some places around this area and this is now my firm favourite and will definitely be returning in the near future Thanks for a wonderful stay”

”The property has real presence and looks stunning. Its decor is in keeping with the property and looks a bit worn but makes it feel loved. Breakfast was good but we had to wait both days for the food to be topped up as there’s only one waiter trying to do everything. The room was large and bed was comfy. The bathroom was not good no water pressure so water came out very slowly and not very hot. Shower unit was very noisy and no heating for such a big bathroom apart from a towel rail so it was...

”Me and my friends were really looking forward to this weekend away, was very disappointed that first they toke my money from my card when it was pay at property I had to call to find out why? The breakfast food some was finished so we didn’t get some of the things the toaster was broken you had to keep waiting for cups, the surna was broken so was the jacuzzi, the person that makes the room didn’t even bother to re do the room. They tried to change be again for the massage when check out even...

”Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff and the breakfast was outstanding. Excellent value for money”

”Lovely position and inside rooms were good. The let downs were the outside areas entering the property the steps were grubby and dirty so a bit offputting, also the outside patio area was unusable due to it being overgrown and dirty. INSIDE the only fault was lack of tv information and no visable welcome book in veiw. We found the book just by chance a black book on a black stool in the corner of the kitchen.put it in full veiw”

”The apparment was beauiful.very clean and had everything u needed and more.the locaton was perfect everything on your doorstep.snd car park straight across road will be back”

”A pleasant, convenient stopover on our road trip This was a really nice spot to break up our road trip. The on-site bar was a highlight, offering a great food and drink menu alongside warm, attentive service from the staff. Having a quality breakfast included in the stay was a definite plus and set us up well for the drive ahead. The room itself was slightly dated, but everything was clean, functional, and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay...

”Very helpfull and friendly staff especially Morgan and Megan. Room clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. Excellent views of Lake Windermere. Food was delicious with superb gluten free options”

”On check in, we had to vacate our room due to plumbing issues along the whole corridor. We had to wait another hour before our new room was ready, which was fine as it was out of their control to a degree. Our only complaint was that we had to ask for a complimentary drink or similar whilst we were waiting.....they should've offered that immediately, guests shouldn't have to ask, it's the least they can do! Other than that it was a pleasant stay.”
