”Perfect for our family of five! Spacious apartment with two bedrooms connected by a short hallway and bathroom — worked great for us, but note one bedroom is accessed through the other. The kitchen and the rest of the home were incredibly well stocked, and the dining and living rooms were beautiful and comfortable.Unbeatable location in the historic district, just a few blocks from the Riverwalk. ”The home was as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is older but this home has been updated and taken care of. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The driveway is shared so for a larger vehicle like our truck, we found it best to park on street and had no issues. There were paper towels, hand soap and linens provided which was so nice. High quality chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards were provided. The beach is nice and wide compared to North Topsail and a private access to not too busy. ”This home was not at all what the pictures illustrated it to be. It was in poor shape. The floors were unleveled, the tiles were coming out of the floors and the grout was cutting up our feet when walking between the living room and kitchen. The floor in the main level bathroom felt like it was going to fall thru. The walls were patched up and you can see where repairs were done but not done correctly. The recess lighting in the living room looked like it had mold around it or was not installed...
