The Lily Pad is located only 7 minutes to Topsail Island. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath TINY home with a LOW lofted area located in a secluded quiet area.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath TINY home with a LOW lofted area located in a secluded quiet area. The long driveway is shared with the homeowners/hosts as we have to pass by the tiny home. When coming to stay at the The Lily Pad you will just need to bring your clothes and food as all the extras are provided (they will be listed below).

The bedroom offers a queen bed with a smart tv and a ceiling fan. The low lofted area offers a queen bed with a smart tv. The loft area is tight quarters so this is a perfect area for kids.

The kitchen offers a 24” Magic Chef stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc. A Keurig/coffee maker duo is provided for all the coffee lovers.

The living room offers a modern couch, reclining chair along with a smart tv and ceiling fan.

Bed & bath linens are provided. Mattress protectors along with with an additional mattress pad and quilts/comforters are on both beds. Blankets will be provided as well. A stackable washer & dryer is provided at the end of the hallway.

The bathroom offers a stand up shower with a rain shower head along with a hand held sprayer with small kids kept in mind. A blow dryer is provided.

There is also an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water. A charcoal grill will be provided with the grilling tools.

This home will accommodate up to 4 people. Some exceptions may be made but you must confirm with host before booking.

Our stay was good. The location was a little more secluded than I anticipated and we had an issue with the smoke detector going off at 10pm without a way of turning it off on our first night. It was difficult to get someone to help us and we did not receive help until the next morning. It took us a while to figure out how to get the smoke detector from going off. It was loud for about an hour.

We had the most relaxing weekend at this amazing property! It was close to everything we wanted to do but felt like our own personal private retreat. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. After a day at the beach the outdoor shower was great! The goal of our weekend away was relaxation and our evenings sitting on the porch were perfect to meet that goal. We’d love to stay here again and plan to in the future!

Such a beautiful tiny home, decorated and adorable! They have utilized every inch of space for something, couldn’t have asked for anything better! We had trouble with getting the code to work on the door when we first got there so I called the host and she answered immediately and fixed it right away for us! She answered all messages immediately and allowed us to change the string lights to stay on till much later in the night. Very secluded, you cannot see any other neighbors from anywhere on the property and very few people pass on the driveway going past the home. Very short drive to the beach, and close to several grocery stores and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

The Lilly Pad tiny home was perfect for our weekend anniversary getaway! Clean and comfortable, quiet and private location, easy drive to the beach. Near to many restaurants, grocery stores as well. Loved sitting on the porch with my morning coffee. Well stocked with towels, condiments, coffee machine. Great value compared to other properties we looked at online. Had a great time and would stay here again. Highly recommended!

My sister and I took my daughter and her best friend to Top Sail Island for a 3-day trip and The Lily Pad was nothing short of perfection. From the adorable layout to the secluded, serene setting to the thoughtful design of the home, it was the perfect little getaway. We truly enjoyed ourselves and all of the supplies made our trip go so smoothly. Anything we didn’t bring, The Lily Pad had it already. This was an amazing stay! Will definitely book again

This was a well-stocked, clean, lovely little house. Since it's small, my partner and I (who are tall) did keep stubbing our toes on things, but this was mostly just funny as we were getting used to the space/the size. It was cozy, comfortable, and a wonderful getaway. Very convenient location (once we found it; the host gives very helpful instructions on how to get there, sincerely do not follow google maps). I also want to give a shout out to the outdoor shower and the bathrobes, fun little perks/special things.

It's a nice space, best for 2-3 people, maybe 4-5. Host alerted ahead of time about yellow jackets in the gravel at the front steps. There were also some in the outdoor shower. Not host's fault, and they said they intended to take care of it. Easy enough drive to the beach, and property is well-stocked and clean.

Peaceful Beach Stay

The Lily Pad is located a few short miles from the beach, yet feels as if it is in its own private world. This home is impeccably clean, with every need anticipated. This was my second stay, and I will absolutely return!

The Lily Pad was adorable - with nice furnishings, dishes, etc. and was well stocked with amenities. Bethany was great with communicating directions, check in and check out procedures and was very responsive when we had questions.
