”This motel was not what I expected. I needed an easy in-and-out room with no stairs, because of my large dog. This motel was in the Wyndham group so I thought it would be clean and in good repair, just very basic with no amenities. This was not that. I ended up with a room on the second floor - so not what I needed or asked for, in spite of few other guests at the motel. There were many items (lights, outlets, etc.) in the room in need of repair. The carpet was frightening, badly stained...

”The windows that were crack and the roots melt terrible. I have to go buy Lysol wipes to wipe everything that toilet. I didn’t even took a shower because it was disgusting.”

”Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Our room was next to the door, so it was slightly noisy when people came in and out of the building. The building is pretty old, but still comfortable. No major complaints.”

”This hotel ended up charging me 3 times the total cost. I am in a credit card dispute because the property manager refused to work with me and dismiss the fraudulent charges. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending." The charges did not "fall off" and it has required me to go through a lengthy process to get...

”The staff was awesome, and breakfast was good. Parking was a little tight, and having to drive through another hotel/motel parking lot was a bit weird....”

”The rooms were clean but dark inside. Could have used brighter lamps or any overhead light in the main area of the room. The rooms seem a little worn and not that inviting. The price was appropriate for what was offered, and the view of the foothills was very nice. The room and surrounding areas were very quiet so it was easy to rest and sleep comfortably. The staff was nice but abrupt. I would stay there again. Thank you!”
