Located across the street from Kam 3 Beach Park, with a nice ocean view from the balcony, this unit is hard to beat. We got it at a great price and were definitely satisfied. ”Excellent location, within 2-3 mins to all good trucks and restaurants. Within 3-4 mins drive to all the beaches. You won’t find a studio anywhere which is affordable and is at the right location. Cloy is definitely an amazing host.”

”Small unit but worked great for our travels since we were mostly out all day and needed a nice comfortable room to sleep in. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. It was really helpful that there were amenities like the mini fridge and microwave as well as extra things to utilize for the beach. Parking was super convenient which is a really nice plus. The area around is also convenient to walk through and full of shops, local grocery store, and restaurants/bars.”

”About what we expected, was nice looking out the window and seeing the beach and ocean. Slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Location was perfect, parking was sometimes a challenge as there is no designated spots for this property. I would say the one thing that we weren't happy with was the towels didn't smell very good.”

”Cute place that is close to everything. Walked to the shops at Wailea as well as the beach path. Unit was clean and has great wifi. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Fiona is awesome - responds to any inquiries very promptly. I wanted to stay a few more days and her help made it very easy. Highly recommend.”

”The location and accommodation was perfect for our trip. We stayed before and after our trip to Hana. We were able to get to all the areas of the Island that were on our must do list. We had everything we needed and were thankful for how well stocked the property was. The only challenge we had was with the coffee maker, the incorrect carafe was provide. The coffee pot had to be held in order to get the coffee to flow and not overflow out of the basket. I would recommend getting that replaced!...
