TVNCU-1343 - TA # 127-070-6176-01 Hale Ola Kai on kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden ja puolen hengen koti, joka sijaitsee maailmankuulun Hanalei-lahden lähellä.
Talo on mukava perhe-tyylinen koti. Casual, joka on varustettu kaikella mitä tarvitset, jotta vierailusi olisi täydellinen.
Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuoteet, kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kaksoset. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kokki.
Ja siellä on astianpesukone työntekijöille. Keittiö on avoin asuin- ja ruokailutilaan, joten perhe voi toimia vapaasti.
Erillinen yksityisyyden suoja on nopea langaton Internet-palvelu. On olemassa kaksi suurta ulkotilaa, joissa on kuumaa ja kylmää vettä.
Mukavuuksiin kuuluu myös moderni etukuormauksen suuri kapasiteetti pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, Charcoal BBQ ja valtava katettu Lanai ulkoiluun ja ruokailuun.
Hale Ola Kai sijaitsee tuskin korttelin päässä Hanalein lahdelta ja äänesti usein maan parhaista rannoista.
Se on lempeä laguuni, joka on täynnä purjeveneitä koko kesän, ja talvella on maailmanluokan surffaus.
Viehättävä Hanalein pikkukaupunki on noin puolen kilometrin päässä talosta - helpon kävelymatkan päässä.

Best Location

Perfect location super close to the beach, a short stroll into town, and on a quiet street. Lovely views of the mountains from the lanai and the living room. Beautiful, comfortable house with lots of beach toys. Na Pali Properties provided great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Perfect house

Property was lovely, well located and stocked with everything you would need for a stay. The Mountain View’s were beautiful. The only drawback was the fact the main living area and one bedroom were not air conditioned. We would gladly rent this property for a future stay.

Great home!

Very relaxing stay - walking distance to beach and town. Well equipped house, great kitchen set up, beach gear etc. AC works well in the 2 bedrooms. Definitely warm in rest of the house during the day, but not unbearable at all. We'll be back!

lovely fall break in Hanalei

This place is perfect. A block from the beach. My family (my wife and I, our two little ones, and the two grandmothers) enjoyed every moment of our stay (even the rainy ones). Amazing view of the mountains behind Hanalei. Nice amenities (beach equipment, downstairs shower, etc.). Also, property manager was very communicative and responsive.

Down by the bay

It was dreamy to stay in a home one block from Hanalei Bay. We loved our north shore time in such an ideal location. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our visit was in February, we did not find the non air conditioned room too warm. We found this room actually very comfortable. The beach wagon / backpack cooler / beach toys were a nice perk. This enhanced beach time for our children and reduced the items we had to haul in our suitcases or rent on island. I appreciate staying in a home that provides enough toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, laundry detergent and dish soap for a stay. It’s one less thing to coordinate - makes it more of a vacation. We loved the outside shower after our beach days. It helped us to avoid issues with sand in the home. Lovely home. We hope to stay again. Mahalo!

Great house and location. Will be back!

Wonderful house. Three bedrooms were comfortable. We had four people, but could have easily accommodated a couple of more. The downstairs has a sectional sofa and big tv, but we hardly went down there. Internet is very fast, which is appreciated. There is an Xbox on the 70” tv upstairs, which our kids enjoyed. As no surprise on Kauai, the chickens are loud at night! The house next door is also rental and they were loud a couple of nights. There is a nice assortment of beach gear (wagons, chairs, towels, body boards, light snorkeling gear). One thing that would be a big improvement woukd be some bikes to ride downtown. At least two would be awesome. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Hanalei.

Wonderful family vacation

We really loved our stay at Hale Ola Kai for several reasons. First of all, the location was amazing - literally around the corner and across the street from the beach park at Hanalei Bay. It was easy access directly to the beach. The home is in a very quiet and peaceful culdesac. We loved using the surf boards, SUP, boogie boards, chairs and miscellaneous beach equipment. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to fix our meals at home and eat outside on the deck, which had incredible views all around. The rooms were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was great. The one room with the 2 twin beds wasn't air conditioned, so we had to make sure we turned on all the fans and opened windows to get a breeze, otherwise it was uncomfortable for a bit. We didn't even use the downstairs family room or office and kitchenette, but it would be great if we had the need to stay inside. I also really loved the fact that there was enough seating indoors for our whole family to relax at the end of the day - there are 3 large couches in the upstairs family room. I really loved the fact that I felt like I was walking into a home that had everything I needed for my vacation - from garbage bags, laundry soap, bathroom supplies, extra towels and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, beach toys, etc. It made it so much easier to relax as well as clean up after ourselves. I would highly recommend this rental and we are excited to return again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was amazing for my family’s 2 week stay in Hanalei. It was easy to find the key to enter the home from the large, covered lanai. The interior was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, including a coffee pot, crockpot, rice maker, NutriBullet blender, toaster, tons of pots & pans, a variety of spices, and more! The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The home had a clothing washer & dryer, propane grill, and a private outdoor shower in the carport area. There was a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, surf boards (we didn’t use) and a paddle board. Good signage posted so we knew what was expected upon checkout. The home is a 2min walk to having sand in the toes or a <10min walk to shops and restaurants. Amazing location!! The furniture was a bit worn in, but still comfortable. We’d suggest better fitting sheets for the queen sized bed, more hooks indoors and out, for towels and swim wear to hang, and maybe a shoe rack on the lanai help keep it more tidy, but no complaints overall! It’s a fantastic home with incredible views of the Hanalei mountains. There’s even a sneak peek of the ocean from the lanai! The main living room and 2/3 bedrooms have AC. The other rooms were a bit warm, but not intolerable. There were extra fans provided, which was nice. We would stay again!

We actually arranged our vacation around when this house was available because we knew this was where we wanted to stay while in Hanalei. And hopefully, we'll be fortunate to stay here again. You can't beat the location or the views of the mountains. It holds a large family very well. I think the only drawback is that the room with the two single beds in not air conditioned. In January, this was fine. The time before we stayed in October and it was hot. But the basement stays very cool, as an alternative place to sleep. We all cherished our time here. Thank you!

The appliances and furniture are top notch, and it is well equipped with various beach items, snorkeling and boards. The house has lots of space for 6 people - two air conditioned bedrooms with king beds, one un-air conditioned bedroom with twin beds, and a very large un-air conditioned living/dining/kitchen room. The downstairs also has a huge un-airconditioned living room that we barely used. Both living room spaces have large flat screen tv's. The drive-through under the house has washer/dryer and all the beach gear. We spent a lot of time on the front deck, and had most of our meals there to enjoy the summer breezes in the morning and evening. Our only complaint was that the un-air conditioned space got quite warm in spite of the large ceiling fans and the open window louvers.

I didn't realize when booking this property that it is STEPS from the beach, as well as just a quick walk to the town. We enjoyed Hale Ola Kai not only for the location, but for all the wonderful extras...beach gear, furnishings, space to spread out, and especially the views of the mountains and those waterfalls!!!! Highly receommend!

Comfortable and Well-Provisioned

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had every amenity we could want, except for a garbage disposal. It was quite comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains from the lanai. The house is on a dead-end street so it is quiet, but it is so close to down town and right across the street from the beach park, a perfect location. In addition, the property manager was very available and responsive. We could not find an iron, and Halley (sp?) brought one over. The bridge closed on the morning we were to leave due to flooding from heavy rains, and Halley contacted us to assure us that we could stay if we could not get out. Fortunately, we could get out before our flight. Thank you, Halley.

A Wonderful Family Vacation in Hanalei!

Over the course of our stay our two sons and their families were able to come to be with us. Our older son and his family joined us for the first part of our stay and our other son and his family came for the last seven days. We loved the chance to be with them in such a lovely home that is in such a perfect location so close to the beach and town. The location is very quiet and free of traffic. The home is very comfortable. The amenities were perfect for our needs.The home was clean and well-maintained and the Na Pali Properties staff was very helpful. We would definitely recommend the property to friends and relatives.We especially enjoyed being able to walk so easily to the beach every day and evening as well as being able to walk to town to shop or eat at so many excellent restaurants.We hope to be able to plan this special family gathering time again in the coming years! Thank you!

Perfection

Beautiful home in a great location. Morning coffee on the deck with the Mountain View was our happy place. The furnishings in this home are beautiful. Lots of Hawaiian charm. The two king beds (suites) are very comfortable. The twin beds are not quite as comfortable for adults but perfect for kids. The beds are not the same height and weren't ideal for the couple who got that room since they couldn't be pushed together. The AC in the bedrooms were a lifesaver and one of the reasons we picked this house. There is not AC in the main living area. We had planned to do a lot of cooking but it was too hot to turn on the oven. More fans or shade from the afternoon sun for this area would be helpful. We were there in August so it may only be an issue during the hottest month. The other amenities we loved were the large TV's, 4 beach chairs (could have used 2 more since the house holds 6 people), beach carts, beach toys and towels. This is truly a magnificent home to rent and the Na Pali management team were very good and helpful. Hope to return someday.

Location and lanai. The house is only a block from the beach and when you are not at the beach you can enjoy the comfortable furniture on the lanai and enjoy the view. All in all a great time.

Our experience with the staff at Na Pali Properties was top notch, everyone friendly and responsive and timely. The description we were given of the house was accurate, except it seemed even more beautiful and fitting for our purposes once we were there. The location one block from the beach is incredible. I can't imagine a lovelier week.
