”Room was clean but there were many things either broken or loose. (Bathroom fan not working, mirror loose on the wall, the doorstop at the top was only held on by one screw the rest were stripped, blinds in the fitness center were broken) Pool had green all around the edges. Breakfast was ok if you like all carbs and processed food. The shower did have great water pressure and the bed/pillows were comfortable. ”

”The place was as advertised though the because of the size and layout of the room and the very small kitchen, I wouldn't recommend 6 people in a room. There were only 2 of us in a room for 6 and we were comfortable, we used the bunk beds to store baggage. We lost several hours of our vacation time trying to confirm our reservations because of a booking problem with Expedia (they said everything was fine but the hotel had no record of our reservation) but the person at the desk when we arrived...

”Great location on the beach and within the park. Beautiful wild beach and pools. Access to bikes was available to explore the park. Several dining options available.”

”Julia the front desk clerk was so kind her customer service was amazing also property was very clean and quiet breakfast was great as well would definitely consider staying again all the other staff was amazing as well ”

”Check out time was at 10am. A Manager walked into the unit at 10:08am stating dropping paperwork off for the next person. Very scary for me and my family. ”

”Beautiful place would definitely stay again. The chairs and beach umbrella was not included in the stay, you can rent it for x amount five. Zero per day at the beach or bring your own. If we would have realized they were not included we would have brought our own.”

”This condo is exactly as advertised! It's spacious, has easy access to the beach, and is comfy and cozy in every way. ”

”Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. ”
