”I’m not trying to be rude, but I wanted to leave honest feedback in hopes that it helps improve future guests’ experiences. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional during my stay, which made me feel unwelcome.
The hotel also was not as nice as it appeared in the advertised photos. The rooms and overall property did not match the expectations set by the pictures online.

”We arrived. The lady who checked us in, she was super friendly, professional and nice. She accomodated us in everyway.
The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet. The room, even the new room we were assigned smelled musty. Terribly musty. The outside door on the end of the building wouldnt close properly. Anyone could come and go. Also one of my kids ended up...

”Nice comfy poolside chairs, the hot tub was amazing, the outdoor pool was nice and cool. The hotel/room exceeded my expectations, we've always wanted to lodge here when we visited OB/GS. Although we did not bring the pups this time, in the future we will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo! Satifisied all of our needs a was in the perfect location.”
