”The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed.”

”Can’t ask for much more from a hotel. Great staff, pool was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Tv was great and the remote was actually easy to use (netflix available). It’s also in a great, clean area. Just a few minutes away from several restaurants, bars, coffee spots, etc. And if you have kids, there’s a great park and water park right down the road. Urban air is just a couple minutes away too.”

”The hotel was clean and they had good services. Highway 75 and tollway was next to the hotel so it was really easy to go different places. The price of the hotel is good and they had a decent breakfast. ”

”The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, which I liked. However, the room had such a musty damp odor in it. the rug appeared to be most or wet. Once I would step onto the marble or tiled flooring; it would be slippery. The breakfast was mediocre; needs more variety. The breakfast menu should take into consideration certain allergies, or possible digestive issues (e.g., IBS, gluten issues etc). The eggs that were cooked, it either had cheese, or peppers in them; two foods that...

”Rooms were spotless. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not your typical hotel quality breakfast and the suite had a very nice kitchen setup. Will stay again and highly recommend”

”Unfortunately the place was not as advertise. We got a lower grade room for the pool and the pool was dirty. That Jacuzzi water was a different color. Also, there was a few different insects in our room one on the bed one in the bathroom. The paint was peeling up in the bathtub and when we got there, there was only one towel. The breakfast was OK. It would be nice if it’s switched. It was eggs and sausage every day it’s kind of repetitive.”
