とても広くて清潔感もあり、The高級ホテルという感じがしました。日本語の分かるスタッフはいませんでしたが、私の拙い英語も一生懸命聞き取ろうとしてくださったり、一つ一つのサービスが丁寧でした。強いて言えば、立地的に市街地から離れているため、どこに行くにも必ずタクシーが必要になり、少し不便に感じました。また、ホテル内にコンビニ等なく、近くのコンビニも歩いて10分程度の所にあるため、あらかじめ必要なものは調達しといた方がいいと思いました。 ですが、タクシーをすぐに手配してくれたり、朝食も1級品だったりと、全体的にとても満足です！

We loved our stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. There concierge staff named “Tran Hue” also known as Mia was the best. She went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. She was very polite and helpful in booking all our private tours. Thank you so much again.

Nice stay
Very nice hotel and staff. Great coffee and breakfast service. The hotel grounds are peaceful. The roads outside are chaotic and dangerous— walk with extreme caution. Or better yet stay inside the hotel grounds. I didn’t try the pub but I tried both restaurants for supper and they were very good. In particular the waitress in The Saigon (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was very helpful after I ordered a Vietnamese Black Chicken (google it!). She showed me what a mistake that would have been and suggested a tasty alternative. Two suggestions: install spring-loaded toilet seats, and some kind of soft-close mechanism on the doors to minimize the noise.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, housekeeping service is good. But the food at Saigon restaurant was really under par, not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

룸도 넘 좋았고 실내 수영장도 정말 만족했습니다. 이틀 묵었는데 이튿날은 온수기가 고장났는지 수영장 온도가 낮았는데 그래도 실내라 춥지 않게 놀 수 있었어요. 튜브 바람 넣는 기계가 없는건 아쉬웠어요 ~ 아이들 튜브 입으로 불어서 썼네요.. 조식도 맛있고 전체적으로 정말 만족한 호텔입니다!

This place is absolutely spectacular. We stayed here for three nights. The morning buffet was to die for. After a day walking around in Hanoi you will appreciate how quiet it is on the lake. Staff couldn't do enough for us… Highly recommend staying here.
