The first floor includes a living room with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen (double induction hob, large refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, etc.), and a laundry area.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms connecting door .The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of natural light and a balcony with a jacuzzi. This is something many guests love about my house.

The third floor features a spacious bedroom with plenty of natural light and a large balcony. The airy space is perfect for families traveling or staying long-term.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, so please respect the etiquette here
- No big parties after 10pm.
- No smoking inside the house.
- No drugs and prostitution
- Overnight guests are kindly requested to register with the host for the purpose of full registration with the authorities and compliance with Vietnamese law.
If guests do not comply, they will be responsible for any fines imposed by the authorities upon incomplete inspection.
