”This is a top notch hotel in every way! Impeccable service and staff, clean comfortable room, 5 minutes drive to and from airport makes this an ideal transit or long layover hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m passing through Hanoi.”

”Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...

Sijainti oli loistava keskellä Hanoin Old Quartersia. ”

”The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service”

”Located in central Old Quarter.”

”Very clean, great food and excellent service provided by all the staffs. Inside the hotel, everything is perfect. But once you step out the hotel, you immediately feel walking into the different world. Dirty, narrow streets occupied by lots of shady houses and small businesses shops. You will probably woke up very early morning by the loud talking from the streets. You probably will hear some old guys singing off key. Now I understand why the hotel provide guests with earplugs. We booked the...

”We enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature. The staff was exceptional and truly made our visit special. Everything we asked for was arranged smoothly, from fast-track services at the airport to day trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The room was clean and well equipped, and the rooftop sky bar offered beautiful views over the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel!”

”Loved this hotel! The cleanest one I’ve stayed in and such a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and would highly recommend for others to stay here!”

”Very friendly”

”Henkilökunta olii erityisen ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli mahtava. Hotelli oli siisti ja loistavalla paikalla. Ei mitään negatiivista tai parannettava asiaa löydy.”

”Loitava palvelu ja huolenpito. Tilasimme hotellin kautta kyydin ja meihin oltiin kokoajan yhteydessä jotta kaikki sujui hyvin. Erityisen hyvää ja henkilökohtaista palvelua! Aamiainen oli loistava . Huoneet hijsiset keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta! Vahva suositus!”

”Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast.”

”I had really pleasant stay. Staff was really, really friendly and they gave a map and told advices. Room was exactly as described. ”
