”Very eclectic! Modern and very clean! Continental breakfast was always good. It was kept full and was fresh.”

”Staff was helpful, Mexican restaurant on site was nice. Can walk to kings dominion. Rooms were nice looking with a good size fridge and freezer, and small two burner stove. Ice machines close to our room was not working, housekeeping did not check the rooms everyday to refresh towels, our room had a serious ant problem in the bathroom”

”Not clean even a bag of trash was left in the room. Old equipment and rusty things. Not clean carpet floor. Bathtub old with stains. No elevator. Lack of enough bread for breakfast and hot water. People were drinking with bottles I sitting on stairs.”

It did not lock- door reader broken, hallways constantly smelled like weed, ants in our hotel room- entire 3 night stay, no bathroom ventilation- fan did not turn on at all with lights, bathroom toilet paper roll holder not put on the wall, no hand towel holder(where one should be) flickering lights all over the hotel. ”The TV did not work. The curtains were hanging half off the windows. The air-conditioning system turned on and turned off all night long. And I never felt so insecure in all my stays on Expedia. I would not recommend this to anyone including truck drivers.”

”Cleanliness of the property was good, and the meal options — particularly the evening Kickback — were a welcome addition. The staff was also very helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend removing the wall-to-wall carpeting in guest rooms and replacing it with area rugs or hard-surface flooring to further enhance cleanliness standards. ”The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.”

”This is a great hotel to stay at for those visiting Kings Dominion. You can literally walk to the park.”

”Is they made service cleaning does not clean the rooms properly I literally have to had to fight cockroaches to get my clothing off the counter. Hang your clothes up if you go here so the roaches don’t get to it. The least you can do is fumigation of your property and maintenance on your property. And clean the rooms and maybe have some bedsheets that aren’t stained and dirty.”

”BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events...
