”My stay was not good. I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...

”Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing”

”Do not waste your time or money at this hotel. The hotel isn’t clean, it’s roach infested, blood on the sheets. This place is disgusting. To be fair, I made mgmt aware of my concerns, “Aunt Beverly” didn’t care. She didn’t offer any assistance. The hotel advertised a pool, no pool in sight. Only 1 ice maker on property, and it’s broken. This place needs to be closed down, I can’t believe IHG stands behind this mess!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!”

”I booked two rooms for my extended family. The king suite where my husband and I stayed was perfect. Love the locking bedroom door in the king bedroom, spacious bathroom and large loving area with pull out couch for our son. The second room, a double queen, had some issues. The first night, the key did not work and the toilet barely flushed. We had her reprogram the keys and it worked. The next morning, the toilet did not work at all and the key once again wasn’t working. We choose this...

”We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.”
