”Do not look at pictures! Must have been done many, many years ago! Arrived around midnight after driving for 8 hours. Very tired, but needed a rest. Room was old and had a musty smell. TV was horrible! Fuzzy picture. Bathroom looked pretty clean until toilet didn't flush. Water had been turned off to toilet. If we used toilet we had to get water from sink to put into toilet tank. ”During our stay, the staff asked our guest (a young adult visiting from out of town) for identification while my husband was away. Despite us having already paid for the room, they told our guest he needed to leave. As a result, both my husband and our guest were removed from the property. We were told we would receive a refund for one night; however, Expedia has since informed us they have been unable to reach the property to process it. ”Clean and nice”

”Quite frankly, that was my ONLY issue. Cabinets were bare. Just a few essential items would be helpful, especially for a family stay. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, and the desk staff were so nice! ”

”Tub had a big crack in it. An attempt was made to cover it with black tar but poor choice. Carpet soaking wet in room on other side of shower. Told front desk at check out and didn’t seem to care. ”

Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile. ”
