”A nice spacious hotel, staff were friendly and polite. A great breakfast with plenty of options. Only thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of Disabled parking bays near the entrance to the reception area. I noticed only 1 car displayed a blue badge in the disabled bays so this wasn't being monitored. ”

”From the outset the customer service was excellent. Lovely room with great view across to the water. Restaurant staff were so friendly and again the service was excellent. The menu was limited but what we had we thoroughly enjoyed. Perhaps a couple of traditional Indian dishes would be an excellent addition. ”

”Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...

”Although I’ve marked everything as excellent, I have to point out that the signature plus townhouse double room is accessed by a steep set of stairs into what was the basement. However it is a very nice room and the bathroom, again accessed by more stairs down (5), is also lovely. If this was pointed out on the Expedia website, I missed it.
