”The address of the property listed on Expedia and contact number both were not correct . We struggled to reach to the property and room was also not clean and full of smoke . On request staff changed our room but still the quality of this hotel is not as per the stars given to the property . Bedsheets , walls of the room are all stained and of poor quality . Breakfast had only basic items though . Overall my stay at this property was poor .”

The check-in area is hand painted and beautiful - for a giggle you can find a painting with a tiger biting a bum.
Room was unbelievably spacious with a sit out and balcony - both were fantastic for nights after running around Jaipur. Bed was very comfortable as well.
Restaurant was excellent - so much food and so good. So good. We wound up eating at hotel every night. Breakfast was also wonderful....
”This Hotel is bang opposite the Jal Mahal and you get very nice view from 3rd floor rooms. The rooms are very well maintained and matches standards with any European hotel. The staffs are very nice. The food is very well priced and very tasty as well so you would not have to go anywhere for your dinner. The range for breakfast is a little less though.

”The Comfort Inn Sapphire is a great Western-style hotel close to the old city of Jaipur and a relatively short tuk-tuk (auto rickshaw) ride away from the Amber Fort (we paid 200 rupees).
In terrms of the room, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great (offering relief from the extreme heat of Jaipur in May), the shower had solid pressure and heat, the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily, and, overall, made for an extremely clean, comfortable stay.
