”Clean room”

”Gorgeous room, really nice pool and hot tub, really easy check in, parking is a bit funky, the grounds are beautiful as can be, the bed was really comfortable, great breakfast but slow paced (we didn't mind, but it takes about 50 minutes to get in there, get served and then get back out), really nice flowers, rocks, trees and water features. What a cool place.”

”Good location to the airport!”

”Room was clean and in generally good repair, with comfortable beds and high quality linens. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Only downside was some very noisy guests in adjoining rooms that kept us awake until nearly 1:00 a.m. Other than that a very pleasant stay.”

”DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Tv, wifi, and phone didn't work in the room. Floors were disgusting, water didn't work in bathtub, I made multiple complaints. No one was on site, not even another guest which was super weird. Owner/management yelled at me over the phone and threatened to come beat me, called me multiple names as well. Cops were called of course nothing could be done in their end. I left the property for my safety”

”Nice place”

”Great”

”The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. It is one of the reasons we always stay here when in Redding!”

”Nice clean room HOWEVER this hotel is right next to a rehab facility. I wish I knew this before booking this hotel. I accidentally pulled into the rehab facility because that is where my GPS routed me to and it was last at night and there were some people that were very visibly drug users hanging out around the property. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE being so close to a rehab facility.”

”We had our dog and stayed in a room on the second floor near the flagpole/main entrance to parking lot. We were near a stairway and door outside - making dog walks easy. The room was clean but there was the overwhelming chemical odor when entering for the first time - we had the a/c fan going to try to air it out. The a/c unit was loud - as typical. We decided to turn it off to sleep - but the highway noise picked up in the early hours making it difficult. Breakfast ends at 9:30 am -...

”I travel with my dog and requested to have a room at the end of the hallway. The front desk was able to do that and we appreciate it very much!”

”Cleanness, room service could have been better. Old furniture.”

”Great location and breakfast. Older complex needs some upgrades; but definitely a good price.”

”The place is run down and neglected. Attention to detail, many items in the room showed obvious signs of neglect. The breakfast was good and the staff was excellent, but the mattress was also lumpy and very uncomfortable. Fair price for what you received. They had me on the first floor and the people above me were very loud all night.”
