I have stayed at this facility several times and have found it to be convenient to where I need to be. The staff is welcoming and helpful. There was a problem with the internet while I was there, but it was temporary and the desk staff offered a "work around" if I wanted. I was grateful for the offer of help.

The room i payed for was not available because it wasn’t cleaned so o had to downgrade to two full beds and it took two rooms before there was one that was clean enough to sleep in

Property was very dirty. We had to go through several rooms to get to a room that was somewhat “stayable”. Even though we accepted the room, the bed was very uncomfortable. Among the complaints, we had ….the rooms were dirty, had bugs in the bed as well as the counters, the elevator had smell of urine. Even upon looking for a “stayable” room at midnight, some rooms even the receptionist did not recommend for us to consider. These conditions are very unacceptable and at the rate that we were paying $254.00 a night….. we are requesting full compensation for this.

The price was very reasonable. We chose this hotel for the pool and breakfast. The clerk checking us in was welcoming and friendly. We are going to be staying in Redding monthly and will be back.

The staff was great and my room was clean and quiet. I visited the day after Labor Day so that could explain why the outdoor stairways had old dishes and garbage in them.

first room assigned to us was dirty...food wrappers and trash scattered about. The alarm clock was covered with a sticky substance and didn't work. The coffee pot didn't work either. Most troubling was the lack of telephone service in the room. There was a phone, but no dial tone, so we couldn't call the front desk for assistance. Had to walk the length of the building to talk to the desk clerk, who stated his apology, and informed us that the new owners weren't investing any dollars to fix broken equipment. He said there were two unoccupied rooms and would see if one had everything working. This room was marginally better..at least the phone worked if we needed it. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud, so it was difficult to get to sleep. Missing plumbing fixtures were tolerable, but we chose not to shower thinking that if the floor was sticky underfoot what could we expect from the shower itself? Water stains on the ceiling, holes in the sheet rock walls,sliding door interior handle was broken...luckily the lock still worked. No, I will not be recommending this La Quinta Inn, or any other in this chain..

Stayed on the first floor disabled accessible room. There were bugs in the room and stains on the bed. The air conditioning unit was not working properly and they had limited towels when I requested a few extra. The condition of the property is pretty worn down and could use improvement in the many areas.

Room was in a very poor conditions and it has a very bad smell. Bathroom door did not cose. Shower curtain was falling. Beds were very uncomfortable.

If I could give this review 0 stars I could. Please DON’T stay on this hotel! My rate for 2 nights was a little over $300 and this is my first experience on a filthy, disgusting place.

I loved that there were black-out blinds and great air conditioning. The room was big enough to visit family in there and there were 2 comfortable chairs. The toilet had a leak, but the staff was very responsive and helpful. I will use this property again!

My husband and I were shocked that the hotel lobby only supplied cold water during breakfast hours. The cold water was attached to the juice machine which was on during breakfast hours. It was extremely hot the 10 days were were there with about 5 - 6 days about 108 degrees Fahrenheit /42 degrees Celsius. The outdoor patios surrounding the pool had tall/unkept grass so it looked like they did not have a landscaping company. Tiny bottles of shampoo, no conditioner in bathroom. Most of the staff were friendly but some were not helpful.

For one they told me the pool was up and running and it wasn’t also the curtain was filthy. Disgusting. The bathtub was clogged. The front desk lady was awesome and the breakfast was very good. And the people that made the food were very friendly. And did a great job.

Needs to be updated and maintained badly. Too many issues to list here. Health issues need be addressed ASAP as there is a strong smell of mold in the rooms in addition to the smell of pot in the hallways and that was after we asked to change rooms. Pool was also closed for “maintenance” our entire stay even though they told us it should be open the next day. Breakfast was good and my daughter slept well on the memory foam mattress. Would NOT recommend!

Very very very poor staff and they have mold in the bathroom I asked for a manager number they didn’t provide I it’s the only place to stay in Redding I will not stay there i sleep in my car the front desk staff start making fun of me and they got a customer involved in that issue i need someone from laquinta management to call me at 9519064410 i will never recommend this facility to nobody

Bathroom shower knob covering detached from the wall just from turn on the water. While showering, the plaster on ceiling began falling apart and a chunk of plaster fell to the floor. The paint on the ceiling flakes just from the mild steam.

There is a smell in the halls Big yellow stain on the ceiling No fan in the bathroom so when you shower, you can’t see anything it’s all steamy the curtains don’t close correctly so the water gets out. There was no mat or mat towel, water goes all over. The outside of the building has a lot of webs are sink in the bathroom. the plug thing wasn’t working. We had to call {Maintenance} it took him about 30 minutes to get it fixed. There were some kind of screws on the carpet. The carpet looks super dirty, even though maybe it was vacuumed.
