”The breakfast was sub par and the toaster was broken. Only one side worked. They should’ve purchased a new one. I started to go to Walmart and buy one for the hotel. Guest had to wait a long time for toast.”

”The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. The breakfast room was small with only two tables and not enough food to provide for the guests. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast. There was no...

”Hotel was clean for the most part. Our shower had hair on the ceiling from another occupant not in our group. The night shift employee at the desk was rude and unapproachable and acted like she didnt want to work or help anyone. (We checked in late) It was our first time visiting Bethany Beach and I think we will stick to your neighbor Rehoboth.”

”Very nice, simple, property. Had all the essentials and the checkin process was easy. The staff was also super helpful with all questions. The beach shuttle was not in service during our trip, so if that is a deciding factor for you, I would confirm before booking.”

”Good sized, clean rooms and very comfy beds. Staff was very nice too. Bathroom is dated but clean. Breakfast was adequate. My only complaint is the harsh smell of smoke and weed. They have warning signs at the check in desk that they will fine anyone who smokes inside the Hotel. It’s not working. Nobody seems to care. Real shame that people are so disrespectful and just don’t care about anyone but themselves.”
