”The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. ”

”Perfect location for wedding festivities at Baywood Greens! The house was wonderful for three couples to relax and enjoy in between wedding events throughout several days. Jessica was wonderful answering our questions and the house suited our needs perfect perfectly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

”The property is clean and pet friendly. The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The only other thing is that I didn't realize that the beach was a 15 minute drive, rather than walk. The owner is very very responsive and that was great because I accidentally locked myself out. The keys don't work for all the locks,...
