The condo also features a new washer and dryer in the unit, new King size bed with 40" ROKU Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. We also have a Wireless Printer in case a little "work with a view" is needed! Just outside the unit is a storage box with beach chairs, umbrellas, new beach wagon and pickleball equipment for your convenience during your stay. The condo is located by the pool and new beach access boardwalk. There are many amenities on the island including Tennis and Pickleball courts, Putting green, Fitness Center, large community pool with kiddie pool along with outdoor grills, fishing/crabbing docks and bike rentals. Conveniently located on the first floor ensuring quick access to the condominium pool and 2.5 miles of pristine white sand beach! Harbor Island is a peaceful private island located only 2 miles from Hunting Island State Park and Beach with several local restaurants and shopping close by including markets with seafood caught just off the local waters. Beaufort is about 16 miles away with access to lots of shopping with several major grocery stores and wonderful restaurants in beautiful Historic Beaufort. We strive to be the best!
