”They let me store my luggage the day I checked in early so I didn't have to drag it along all day. After I checked out my flight was cancelled and they let me store it again no charge for 8 hrs or more. They are very accommodating to your needs as well. Very friendly service clean room. I would definitely stay again if I'm out here. ”

”The owners of the hotel have done an amazing job bringing life back to a 100+ year old gem of a property. The restaurant and downstairs lounge/ fireplace area call back to a charm of years gone by when care was put into the decor and furnishings of places. The rooms can be a bit spartan but are clean and very comfortable. The area around the hotel is near hospitals so there is a bit of noise and character to the neighborhood but you can still get around to some great shops and restaurants if you...

”The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. I was having a few issues with my credit card & the front desk crew was very patient and understanding. Our hotel room was quaint, like stepping back in time. I’m sure when I’m back in Seattle I will book a room here.”

”Hotel was amazing ! The parking was not good and they charged $15 for it and had to park very far in the back ! Breakfast buffet in the AM was nice but very small for choices - was very nice the mall and restaurants were all within walking distance . The Starfire sports complex was 5 mins from hotel made that nice for going back and forth for games . ”
