”We checked out early the very next day. The bathroom was not clean at all. The floor had black all over. The room also smelled bad. The description online is different from actual property. The restaurant was closed and parking was not free. Other guests slammed the doors all night long shaking the room and entire floor. Never again”

”Looked better in the photos than it actually was. Staff was great and helpful, no issues there. The main complaint was usability of the room itself: Fridge had no freezer, lamp was broken, desk/lamp was very odd (a raisable desk), mirror in bathroom was strange as well. It's like they spent the money in the wrong areas, trying to be high-tech/gadgety for some reason. Remote for smart TV was not supplied, so we had to go to front desk to get it in order to watch Prime/Netflix. No microwave...

”Hot tub good. Pool good. Lobby needs brighter lighting or just more light as its very dark. View if u get the right one is nice. But parking 21 dollar fee will make me likely not stay here again esp when they ask me for my ID just to get a new pass when we extended our stay...did you have private equity bean counters squeeze every last penny out? Upset there are no free chargers anymore.
Staff is very nice. Cleaning staff and maintenance guys are awesome. Lady at the bar at night server always...

”It was hot outside and the window/hose air conditioner was not up to the task. It was covered in mold. Half of the time it didn’t work. It was extremely noisy. Between the noise and the heat, sleeping was difficult. When we tried to open the window to let in cool air at night, the street noise was really bad. Ask for an interior room or use the ear plugs provided.”

”The Hotel is fine but the add on fees are rediculous. Im sick of the high add on fees at a lot of properties these days. In addition, its annoying that you cant self park. You have to pay for and tip for valet parking. They dont give you any other option, but the parking ui all literally within 50 yards of the valet stand. It was inconvenient and then to have to pay for that inconvenience is just adding salt. This was my second stay but I wont be returning, nor will I be recommending it to any...
