”We truly enjoyed our stay the condo was clean spacious and within 100 feet of the beach. The grounds condos were very well maintained everywhere u looked was so clean. There was lots of beautiful nature all around us. This place is like we’re nature meets the beach. Best of both worlds. The 3 pools were well maintained every morning someone was out there cleaning them which was really nice. I enjoyed the location because it was on the quieter side of the island and everything was within 8-15...

”From the moment we walked in we felt as if we were at our home away from home. Mike and Laurie provided everything we needed for our visits to the beach and even left many snacks! The condo was quaint and cozy and perfect for the two of us. Only complaint was the elevator didn’t work but we were able to get our steps in! Will definitely stay here again and again”

”This place was perfect for our family of 3. The condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and well-stocked. The beach is just steps away on the boardwalk. The ocean is calm in this estuary area, and we saw dolphins every day both from the beach and the back deck. The host is a great communicator--friendly and responsive. We have stayed in the Pelican Watch Villas before, and this unit is our hands-down favorite.”
