”My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance in the common restrooms. The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. Improving the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Danny”

”The hotel was cute, very basic. I was looking forward to a great nights sleep, the pillows and mattress was horrible. And why wouldn’t you have a shower mat on the floor. Should I use one of the 2 towels given for the 2 people in the room? Just seemed like a basic thing but was annoying. And at a $400 a night hotel you could get a comfortable bed and a shower mat?”

”This hotel made me feel like trafficking is happening here. I arrived late due to flight cancellation. I was charged a holding deposit which I was advised would clear quickly. Now I’m being advised it make take up to 4 weeks. I have never heard a hotel deposit taking 4 weeks to clear. I received my room key. The hallway of floor my room was on, was filthy with all types of stains on the floor. No wet sign was up as there were recent spills. There was a party going on the floor and smelled...

”For the most part the room seemed ok. But the deodorizer used and overused inside the mini fridge made us ill. This chemical permeated our food and water containers and we were sick for a full day afterwards. (Our waterbottles, not disposable types, still reek 2 days later after scrubbing thrm with alcohol. We will need to know what that chemical was due to the sensitivity we experienced. Overuse of scented chemicals does not confer cleanliness. Parking was fine and ac unit worked very...

”The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was quite roomy and the bathroom large. I have only one complaint. When the air conditioning turned on it was very noisy. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.”

”No smart tv. Parking is forst come first serve and there is smoking rooms but the customer service over night is the most helpful from the receptionist with glasses. Small towels and only 2 small pillows provided.”
