A few things to know—no food storage containers or foil/plastic wrap, so I was glad to have taken some ziplock bags. Window coverings aren’t light blocking, so it’s light early in summer. Some squeaky floors.”

”The house was very comfortable for the two of us. The living room and kitchen were well sized. The bathroom has plenty of counter space to put out bathroom/cosmetic supplies. The location is very convenient to downtown. The house is a bit noisy with the portable air conditioner, dehumidifier and the road noise, but not enough that it ruins the stay. The outside patio was very nice for an evening beverage and reading. ”

”My wife and I stayed in the home for a long weekend with my father-in-law (85 years old) and our son (23), and our dog. It was an ideal home base for our weekend. There was plenty of room for all, including a first floor room with attached bathroom for my father-in-law, a cozy living room to hang out, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, etc. The location was also great -- 10 minutes to Harbor Springs, 20 minutes to the nearest public beach on the Lake, 20 minutes from Wilderness State Park....
