”We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you...

”The room was quit quaint with just enough room for the 2 of us in the Queen room. Everything looked nice and clean but a little dated. The pool was great and the location was fantastic, the beach was just one block away. The staff in the office were very nice!! There were 2 chairs and a little table that we could sit at just outside our door. We would go back!!”

”We stayed in the double queen bed deluxe room and it was small, the updates look worn, and the walls are thin. We could hear people talking and watching tv all night. Our AC was so loud every time it kicked on it woke us up. The view from our side balcony was not worth the price we paid. The balcony was awkwardly small and it felt almost slanted. I wouldn’t recommend and don’t plan to return.”

”The AC stopped working at the second we get to the room, unfortunately I had to stay inside my car for the night. The beach view is really nice and the parking area too, the floor in the room wasn’t very clean but everything else was.”

”Property and the room was outdated. The floor was uneven. The bathroom sink was pulling away from the wall. The balcony was okay and it had a good view of the ocean.”

”Staff was kind and always there if you needed something. The rooms were perfect for a family to be comfortable and have their own space. Able to cook. In the kitchen or walk to one of the many bar/restaurants around the area.”

”We were on the second floor and the hallways were dark and smelled bad and so did our room. Our bed was very uncomfortable. We tried using the coffee machine and there was old coffee still in the machine. The bathroom was gross. First time and last at this place.”

”We were assigned a room on the first floor because we are handicapped. Although the hotel rooms are ALL nonsmoking, the room REEKED of cigarettes. We were then moved to a very acceptable room but it was on the second floor - with no elevator. The desk clerk helped to carry our luggage upstairs. All was well until check out, when we had to carry things downstairs. ”
