I booked the Days inn by Wyndham Hardeeville, SC through expedia. We traveled a very far journey and went to check in just before midnight. We were told we didn't have a reservation. I showed the reservation to the person helping us and they said we were at the wrong location. There's another days inn in HardeeVille, SC. I'm sure I'm not the only person to make this mistake. I called to cancel the original location and the person who answered the phone, Sonny, was incredibly rude and said he couldn't cancel the room because I needed to cancel or check in prior to midnight. even though I explained that we technically were checking in before midnight. And at that time it was 12:04, just after midnight. So when we were told we couldn't cancel, I cancelled the current hardeville, SC location and called to say we were on our way to the original location. Once again, Sonny was rude and said that I needed to have checked in before midnight and that I had to cancel through expedia. Of course, the expedia website wouldn't allow me to cancel the transaction via phone or via the expedia app, so I was out the $70 I paid for the original hardeville, SC. Luckily, the people at the second Hardeville, SC location,their names were lucky and vee, were very helpful and accommodating and thankfully they had a room available.
So if you're going to Hardeeville, SC, ensure that you have the right location. Do not go to the one near hilton head, instead go to the one off 95 for a better experience
