”Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”

”Tolles, modernes und sauberes Hotel, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Ok, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele befinden sich nicht in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Man muss mobil sein, wenn man diese Unterkunft wählt. Aber das Hotel als solches ist hervorragend. Nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück. Gern wieder!”

”Lovely warm and clean room. Comfortable bed. Pablo and John were excellent host nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was made with quality produce and tasted superb. Pablo's home made jams were a special and unexpected treat. ”

”The staff were very friendly. Last minute I had to change my arrangements and the staff accommodated this which I was grateful for as the hotel was busy at this time of year. The room was clean and comfortable. As was the restaurant and bar. Not too much noise so enjoyed a good sleep. Perfect location and would stay again. The only thing I would say is that the water pressure and temperature in the shower are not great. Other than that was a great stay. Thank you ”
