”The Oak Inn at Staplow is a really nice place to stay. Very friendly, Food is lovely, Our room was clean lovely comfy bed. Tea, Coffee and Biscuits. Breakfast you choose what you wanted and it was all cooked fresh for you. Great Place glad we found it.”

”We had a late check in (out of staffed hours) and it could not have been easier. We made contact to make sure it was ok, on arrival we got access and our room key with no fuss. Located the room and it was all very fresh feeling and lovely. It being one of the hottest nights of the year and there no built in aircon (welcome to England), but the fan kept us cool and the whole set up was really good. Check out was very simple too.”

”We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location.”

”We stayed 2 nights, staff asked if we needed any cleaning or replacements in the morning. A full English breakfast was served each morning. We had an evening meal the one night with a good choice. This is an Inn so there's a bar which wasn't too noisy the nights we stayed. Friendly staff. We will book again as ideal for areas we wish to visit.”

”Perhaps I made the wrong choice but I did not enjoy my night and left before my (paid for) second night. There was one light in the room, a table lamp that was damaged and could not be altered. There were supposed to be towels in the showers but they were face flannel sized. I am really not sure what the people running the facilities were trying to achieve, but it was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Never again.”

”Lovely setting. The scenery out our window was superb! We were there on a couple of the hottest days of the summer, and even though there is no air conditioning, our room had a big circulating fan which helped immensely. We liked the quiet, low-key atmosphere of the place. Very restful!”

”Great communication from the start with details of which route to go and where to park. Comfy bed. Great attention to detail including breakfast bag, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, tissues, toiletries, fan etc. Great stay en-route to Cornwall”

”This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton.”
