I should have left when I first got to the place because while I was checking in the property owner was reading off a clipboard full of his personal rules while staying at the property... It was overwhelming and very unrealistic and so uncomfortableb but I understand that was his place and he had...

”It is a new hotel that still smells new. Everything works and is clean throughout the property. The staff were nice and helpful. Comfortable beds and a better than expected breakfast. We will return. The parking is less than desirable. Limited street parking or $15 per day valet.”

”Place was just ok for a couple night stay. You have to go to another loction to pick up and drop off key. Staff there were friendly. Not to far away, within walking distance. Couple blocks away from waterfront area. Bed was ok, couch to sit on was not very good. Room was roomy. Shower flow for hot water was not very good. There is a decent size outdoor sitting area. You will hear noise. I don't think I would stay here again.”

”No breakfast, but they charged an EXTRA "Resort Fee" of $15 per day and there was nothing that would classify as a resort except an unheated pool! This fee was charged in addition to what Expedia charged. Furthermore, they put a $100 hold on my credit card that is still there after 6 days!”

”For a hotel at the beach that i assume is used frequently, it was clean and welcoming. We stayed in a basic double bed room and it was as expected. Breakfast was a nice amenity that most places no longer offer.”

”Lovely room and bathroom, but hotel is not in a location that you can walk to historic Beaufort. Our displeasure with hotel started with being greeted by a teenager wanting to park our car or moving it off site. Having been hiking beach locations up the NC coast, our belongings were not amenable for his service. When I went inside to register, neither clerk recognized me because they were watching a wedding party take pictures in the lobby. We decided then we would not partake in any meals...

”This is one of my favorite places to stay. It’s so quaint, clean and the staff is so friendly. The warm muffins and coffee delivered to your room in the morning to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the water is a huge plus as well. ”

”Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture.
