”I think I would exceed the limit if I listed all the little details that make this place special. It was so clean, I questioned if we were the first visitors in this home. It was so unique but homey and so comfortable! Things were labeled so you didn’t guess how something worked. Everything I could’ve needed was in this home. The best part was that this home was owned by Uncle Ernie and the way the owners honored him was so special. I felt like I knew him just by staying there. I can’t say...

”I was very pleased with the hospitality, having a wash room to use, and great kitchen, too. Could relax a little watching streaming channels, too.”

”I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again.”

”This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall...

”this was our second stay here. Property is well stocked with everything you need. Home was very clean and property was beautiful as ever. We did notice new chairs and outdoor couches on the front and rear porch. great addition. we will be back to stay again. great access to Leatherwood and many other trails. ”

”What a lovely place. Everything we needed and then some. Would stay here again. So relaxing. The view, ping pong, & super happy to discover puzzles for us to do on the rainy day!(Only issue we had was it was wasp season & they kept getting in. Glad they were slow ones!)”

”We made last minute changes to our July off-road plans. This meant finding a new spot over a holiday weekend that allowed dogs ASAP. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! Excited to come back for Fall Crawl with our group! ”
