”Room price reflected no breakfast/coffee etc. All i wanted was a hot bath after a long work day and they put me in a handicap room with a shower chair, lol. The desk vlerk needs to know not to announce the room number (write it down) for a female traveling alone for safety reasons. This hotel was 9k for the price, but definitely needs some upgrades.”

”Staff were nice upon arrival. Room was as expected. In room no USB ports or lamp plug ins for cellphone. Also one of the bed lamps did not have a bulb in them. Brought my fire stick couldn't use outlet was too far away. Very conveniently located by the freeway and gas stations. Not far from grocery stores. ”

”During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into...

”The staff was great but I wish they told us prior to check in that the pool was freezing cold and despite other reviews the bed was like a 3 out of 5 and the eggs at breakfast were horrible and the biscuits were hard as rocks. Honestly I was expecting better from the Hyatt, would not stay again. ”

”I was honestly not impressed with my stay. The customer service and amenities were just okay, nothing particularly stood out. ”Stayed in a King Suite non smoking.. the bed and pillows were comfortable… the room was clean and well appointed. The kitchen stocked with everything you could need for basic cooking. Would have only asked that bottled water was stocked in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the moment I checked in until the moment I left! ”
