”Property was clean nice view from restaurant. The weight staff in the restaurant was very few. We had a party of 7. 4 got their food and three waited another 10 or more minutes for theirs.. had to go get the the waitress for dessert, menus. We were in the restaurant three hours.. food was OK nothing I would rave about.
Air-conditioning thermostat did not properly work. It would get cold and then it would be hot before it would come back on five or more degrees difference in the temperature...

”The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades.
But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall.
But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”

”No AC in community areas, pool/spa was broken and disgusting. Elevator only worked half the time, our keys kept shutting down, couldn’t get fresh towels and we were there for 4 days. Garbages never got emptied and never replaced dirty cups in room… halls smelt like Marijuana and HOT. Just an overall bad experience.”
