”The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!”

”The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

”Stayed 3 nights. The property is very clean and they go through every morning and sweep any trash up in the parking lot and property. Check in and check out was easy and staff was very friendly. Room was very clean! Rooms do not have a coffee pot but they do offer coffee in the lobby. Room had microwave and mini fridge which both worked great! Tv was easy to use with the guide. ”Very friendly. Clean. N helpful staff. Only thing maybe put more towels in the pool. There was only one the 1 st time we went then none the 2 no time I went.”

”Room price reflected no breakfast/coffee etc. All i wanted was a hot bath after a long work day and they put me in a handicap room with a shower chair, lol. The desk vlerk needs to know not to announce the room number (write it down) for a female traveling alone for safety reasons. This hotel was 9k for the price, but definitely needs some upgrades.”

”When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. ”
